Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program update and projects. 

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, the Williamson County and Cities, Health District and the County have worked with community stakeholders and partners throughout the county to identify community health needs in Williamson County and the resources needed to meet them. From information gathered, the Community Health Assessment (CHA) is prepared.  The CHA is attached for reference. The CHA, with identified needs, is then used to create the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).  The CHIP (also attached) identifies the top health priorities for Williamson County, along with a three-year plan that includes formulated goals, objectives, strategies and action steps that will help tackle the most pressing issues identifed in the CHA.   In the 2023-2025 CHIP, the top health priorites identified were:  Access to Healthcare, Chronic Disease and Contributing Risk Factors, Mental Health and Well-being and Social and Structural Determinants of Health.  Mental Health and Well-being has been a top priority of the county for many years.  The proposed projects will help meet the identified needs and goals in the CHA and CHIP.
