Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7A Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7A development.  It consists of 68 single family lots, 4 open space/landscape/utility lots and 4,401 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $10,103,110 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction in Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7A.

2023-12-01 – 4th submittal of final plat 
2023-12-13 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2023-12-13 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2023-12-14 – final plat placed on the December 19, 2023 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
