Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement #202516 between Williamson County and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC, in the amount of $1,430,697.11 pursuant to TIPS contract #TIPS 220105, and authorizing the execution of the Agreement.
Background
The approval of this purchase will benefit the IT Department with the Enterprise Storage Captive Replacement to ensure the seamless continuation of our data management capabilities. The current storage solution in use is at its end-of-life and end-of-sale phase, posing a potential risk of not being able to add additional storage. Isilon Storage Refresh from Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC quote is attached. This will be a one-time charge from account 01.0100.0503.005740 per FY24 budget. The department point of contact will be Rory Tierney.
