Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on replacing MX-C507F with MX-C528F on the Williamson County approved device list for Managed Print and Copier Services and Multifunction Devices (Copy/Print/Scan) through Sharp Electronics Corporation utilizing DIR Contract # DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
SHARP Electronics Corporation is discontinuing the MX-C507F device. The replacement device, MX-C528F, is an upgraded model providing a slightly higher page-per-minute speed. The upgrade is provided to Williamson County at no additional cost. SHARP will be providing this device for the FY 24 installations and beyond. The change does require modification of PO #184806, lines 54, 55, 57, 59, 60, 61 and 62. The updated Approved Device Options list is attached herein. Department point of contact is Joy Simonton.
