Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on position changes for Information Technology Services (ITS) based on the salary study.

Recommendations are made by Human Resources per Commissioners Court direction using a mixture of information obtained by Trupp (our contract partner), our peer salary study market, and internal comparisons. Monies were set aside during the FY24 budget process in the amount of 250K for mid-year changes. Attached are the details that we will process in Oracle, if recommended changes are approved, with an effective date of 1/19. The total annual amount of all changes is $237,689, with fringe $294,021. Please note, this also includes changes to departments under the ITS umbrella, such as Wireless Communications, Williamson County Radio Communication System, and Public Safety IT.  The one change requested under the Williamson County Radio Communications System will be presented to their Board next week for approval. A line item transfer for all monies needed this fiscal year will be placed on the Court agenda for approval on 1/23 for approx. 205K.
