Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an revised Real Estate Listing Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Brinegar Properties for the lease of 124 acres of land situated near the intersection of Landfill Road and FM 1660 in Hutto, Williamson County, Texas for purposes of farming pursuant to the terms of said Commercial Real Estate Listing Agreement and in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 263.008.

On November 11, 2023, the Commissioners Court approved a prior listing agreement with Brinegar Properties for the lease of a 75-acre tract near the intersection of Landfill Road and FM 1660 in Hutto, Williamson County, Texas. An adjacent 49-acre tract became available and is being added to the lease offering. This updated listing agreement now contains the new property description of 124 total acres (75-acre tract and 49-acre tract), along with a broker’s fee of $1,000.
