Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving annual purchase #2024137 between Williamson County and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC, for maintenance of Cisco equipment, for the total amount of $175,540.22, pursuant to the Texas DIR-TSO 4167 contract, and authorizing the execution of the purchase.
Background
The approval of this annual purchase will benefit Williamson County by supporting maintenance for all Cisco equipment to include routers, switches and phone system. Purchase provides for technical support and 24-hour replacement in the event of a failure. Please see the attachment for the included equipment. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004500 as per FY24 Budget. The department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
