Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Public Involvement for Infrastructure Projects contract RFP1812-284, renewal option period 4 (FINAL), with Rifeline, LLC, for the same pricing but with an amendment to the rate schedule to include three new job titles as listed in Attachment 1. The contract for the term shall be for March 26, 2024 - March 26, 2025, with Rifeline, LLC, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,000,000.00 and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is the fourth and final renewal option for this contract. This would provide public involvement, information and education related to the implementation of Williamson County Infrastructure projects. Funding may be provided from the Road Bond contract, Road Bond Sales as well as other non-Road Bond contract funding from Road and Bridge such as 1.0200.02100.004100.
