The County Attorney's office currently has the following 4 ARPA Grant funded positions:
Civil Attorney Grade 38 $102,133.98
Criminal Attorney I Grade 31 $69,505.28
Criminal Attorney I Grade 31 $69,505.28
Criminal Attorney I Grade 31 $69,505.28
The Civil Attorney position has helped to manage the mental health dockets with the increase of the mental health caseload and the 3 Criminal Attorney positions have helped to speed up the filing of our misdemeanor criminal cases and handle the increase in criminal cases filed.
