Background
The Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) Contract Amendment No. 3 increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $3,200,000.00 to $3,400,000.00 to allow for the execution of a SWA to authorize eminent domain support, design changes due to ROW negotiations and utility coordination, and permit fees. No other changes are proposed at this time.
