Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on additional personnel related requests for the Fiscal Year 25 budget.
Background
A few items have been requested to be added to the FY 25 budget process. These items all have a fiscal impact and Court direction was given to bring them up for consideration all at once.
Items to be covered in Court are included, but not limited to, the request for a shift differential, funding new positions at 15% over the minimum, adding the Engineering division to Salary Study Cycle 2.1, adding LE certification pay for Fire Marshall and Haz Mat, and salary increases due to recent Dept. of Labor legislation.
