Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Lariat Section 9 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Lariat development.  It consists of 79 residential lots, 6 open space lots and 3,780 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by the North San Gabriel MUD No. 1.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $406,671.05 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
