Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Amended Contract 195135 between Williamson County District Attorney and West Publishing Corporation and/or Thomson Reuters Enterprise Centre GmbH for a Westlaw Proflex Subscription pursuant to #DIR-LGL-CALIR-02. The term of the original agreement was 36 months, with a 5% increase in year two and year three. The monthly charges going forward will be $2,729.00, through September 30, 2024, the end of the contract term. The reason for the amendment is due to the addition of an additional attorney position which was added in FY24 but had been vacant until now.

The approval of this item will benefit the operations of the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office by providing access for their attorneys to case law and other research tools. The attached agreement contains more detailed information regarding the subscription. The original agreement was signed 08.24.21, Item #20.
