Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 office. Lease is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $394.51 per month and billed quarterly at $1,183.53. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0454.004216 as per the FY 24. Department point of contact is Debbie Sanders. Vendor publicly traded, 1295 form is not required.
