Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Constable Pct 4 Office.
Background
During the FY 25 budget preparation period, it was discovered that PCN 0309 is entitled to receive TCOLE Advanced Certification pay at $100 per month, which is currently not being paid. To properly compensate the employee and at the direction of the Auditors office, a line item transfer is being requested to cover the shortfall for this fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023.
