Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the engagement of the firm of Secretariat Advisors, LLC to provide expert litigation consulting services in relation to the matter of Williamson County, Texas vs. Ritter Botkin Prime Construction, Inc and Argonaut Insurance Company in the 425th Judicial District Court, Williamson County, Texas; and exemption of those services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
