Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with Santa Rita Ranch AQ/Toll Brothers for off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective June 18, 2024. (Traffic control & security in Santa Rita Ranch community)
Background
This agreement gives permission for Toll Brothers to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage for traffic control. This agreement will terminate on September 30, 2024.
