Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $21,500.00 for Project 24IFB15 Liberty Hill Bypass (Chasco Constructors) P: 346 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order allows the County’s Contractor to clear the PEC easement to help expedite the relocation of the overhead PEC poles that are in conflict with the proposed roadway work. Please see the attached Change Order for additional details.

This Change Order results in a net increase of $21,500.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $14,200,209.00. The original Contract amount was $14,149,449.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $50,760.00 has been added the Contract, resulting in an .36% net increase in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to or deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
