Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment acknowledging additional revenues for the Fleet Maintenance Fund.
Background
Sublet work has increased due to various repair needs that require outsourcing. The repair needs are largely a result of the age of some fleet due to supply chain issues in receiving replacement units. Some of these repairs are a result of accidents. This will recognize the fees that Fleet charges for managing the sublet process and cost of invoices from vendors that work is outsourced to for repairs.
