Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 3 in the amount of ($470,934.99) for Project 22IFB126 Future County Road (CR 404 to FM 973) (Chasco Constructors) P: 619a Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overruns/underruns of contract quantities on the project that are a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. This Change Order also adds items for the new Samsung Driveway and for additional erosion control methods. Please see attached Change Order for additional information.

This Change Order results in a net decrease of -$470,934.99 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $10,943,812.51. The original Contract amount was $11,289,929.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, -$346,115.49 has been removed from the Contract, resulting in a -3.07% net decrease in the overall Contract cost.
