Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 3 in the amount of ($245,181.11) for Project 23IFB34 CR 307 Reconstruction (Joe Bland Construction) P: 394 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. No additional items are being added with this change order.

This Change Order results in a net decrease of $245,181.11 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $2,597,099.19. The original Contract amount was $2,796,832.80.  As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $199,733.61 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 7.14% net decrease in the Contract cost. As a result of this Change Order, twelve (12) days will be added to the contract.
