Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD) pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code 791.001 -- 791.030 and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Interlocal Agreement will allow for the purchasing of certain materials, goods or services the through agreement with the Willliamson County Appraisal District (WCAD). A Texas Ethics form 1295 is not required as the appraisal district is a political subdivision of the state that is governed by a board of directors. The point of contact is Joy Simonton.
