Background
The county sent 8,268 notifications of the solicitation, with 33 document takers and received two (2) responses. Alpha Paving Industries LLC submitted the low bid and is recommended for award. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications, Alpha Paving Industries LLC has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references from those contacted.
