Background
Williamson County is soliciting proposals from respondents for constructing and operating a Landfill Gas (“LFG”) Recovery and Utilization project (the “LFG Project”) for the County Landfill located at 600 Landfill Road, Hutto, Texas (the “Landfill”). This is a revenue-generating project and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
