Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Contract Amendment for Professional Services Agreement (PSA) #2024254 with Todd C. Harris, P.C. for Dental Services at the Williamson County Jail for the not-to-exceed amount of $168,500.00 for the term of October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025, and exempting this service from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Sec. 2254.002 (2)(A)(v) Medicine and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of the Contract Amendment will benefit the Williamson County Jail with dental services with Todd C. Harris, P.C. Funding source is 01.0100.0570.003317 as per FY25 budget. The department point of contact is Kathleen Pokluda.
