Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the renewal of contract #T4960, Benefits Broker and Consultant, renewal term #1, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, per the attached documentation, with Holmes Murphy & Associates, LLC, for the 12-month term of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Background
