Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditure for the District Court and Justice of the Peace, Pct #3 for Juror and Grand Juror Payments.
Background
This budget amendment allows for additional expenditures for Juror Payment. The state reimburses a portion of this and, due to recognition of additional revenue received, we are able to present a balanced budget amendment to finish out the Fiscal Year.
