Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Beck Architecture, LLC relating to the Taylor Annex Tax Office Expansion (P638).
Background
This Amended Agreement for Design & Engineering services is made to Beck Architecture, LLC for an extended Fee Schedule to include phases II, IV-VII in the total amount of $167,500.00 and to extend the corresponding Production Schedule. All services shall be completed on or before 10/21/26.
