Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a thirty-nine (39) month agreement #2024280 between Williamson County and FreeIt Data Solutions Inc. to provide the Williamson County IT Department with annual maintenance of the Varonis Software, not to exceed $479,471.12, with first (1) year in the amount of $184,411.96 per the terms of Contract #DIR-CPO-4863, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This three (3) year agreement for Varonis software will help Williamson Countys' IT Department on the Active Directory (AD) migration project in streamlining the process for folder and file security in addition to data classification. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.003011 FY24. Department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
