Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ13 Wilco Land Surveying Services to Walker Texas Surveyors, Inc., in the maximum payable amount of Five Hundred Thousand dollars ($500,000.00) and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
Walker Texas Surveyors, Inc was recommended for award on 03.19.2024 item #69, through RFSQ #24RFSQ13, which established a group of top ranked firms, to assist Williamson County staff to provide Land Surveying Services to assist Williamson County staff in planning, designing, and constructing Road Bond, Road & Bridge and Facility projects. This firm was initially unresponsive when processing the other seven (7) Road Bond On-Call Survey contracts due to health but has since returned and submitted the paperwork. The firms who are awarded On-Call Materials Land Surveying Services could potentially work on multiple projects under the Road Bond Programs with unique Work Authorizations for each project so that all billable time for that specific project may be applied to the appropriate P# and budget. The On-Call funding Source is Project: Road Bonds, and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
