Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratifying the Purchase Order #187123 and agreement Knight Restoration for emergency repairs to prevent water damage at 355 Texas Ave, Round Rock, TX, in the amount of $47,800.00, exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions 262.024 (a)(3) [an item necessary because of unforeseen damage to public property].

Facilities Management submitted for Sheet metal Flashing at all window headers and sills and painting project at the 355 Texas Ave, Round Rock, TX location.
