Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract #2024289 between Williamson County's Sheriffs Office and Cason Michael Gore for Impoundment and Disposition of Estrays pursuant to Texas Agriculture Code §142.001, in the not-to-exceed amount of $9,000, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this contract will allow Cason Michael Gore, an independent contractor, to remove, pickup, transport, and relocate livestock for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  The service includes, but is not limited to a Livestock Wrangler for Impoundment and disposition of estrays pursuant to Texas Agriculture Code §142.001 et seq.  The funding source is 01.0100.0560.004968.  The department point of contact is Terri Countess.  A 1295 form is not required due to this contract being with an individual and not a business entity.
