Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval for the Final plat for the Scofield Farms Phase 1 subdivision – Pct 4

This is the first section of the Scofield Farms development. It consists of 29 single family lots, 1 HOA lot, and 3,262 linear feet of new roads. Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2022-06-20 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2022-07-01 – 3rd review complete with comments
2022-08-23 – 4th submittal of final plat 
2022-09-07 – 4th review complete with comments 
2024-07-02 – 5th submittal of final plat 
2024-07-16 – 5th review complete with comments 
2024-08-09 – 6th submittal of final plat 
2024-08-21 – 6th review complete with comments clear
2024-09-04 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2024-09-05 – final plat placed on the September 10, 2024 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
