This proposed subdivision consists of 291 single family lots, 7 open space/drainage lots, 3 open space/commercial lots, 1 open space/multifamily lot, 8 open space/landscape lots, 1 wastewater utility/access lot, 1 park/amenity lot and 14,706 linear feet of new roads on 122.63 acres.
