Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the multi-year agreement #202525 between Williamson County and Mythics, Inc. in the amount of $1,703,117.02 pursuant to Omnia National IPA R190801 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

Background

This software licensing purchase supports currently installed software. The County is licensing it for use now and in the future. The software is required to keep the Oracle financial system databases performing properly and efficiently. This agreement combines several separate modules all into one (1) three (3 year) contract.  The contract term begins on 11/1/2024 and expires on 10/31/2027. Annual installments are set as Year one (1) $545,591.09, Year two (2) $567,414.69 and Year three (3) $590,111.24. Funding source for year one (1) is 01.0100.0503.004505 for FY25. Budget, Contract Audit and General Council have approved. Origination #828.  The department point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
