Background
This item is to provide the inclusion of the FEMA Amendments to contracts # 2024108 (HVAC Services) #2024109 (Electrical Services) and #2024110 (Plumbing Services) originally awarded by CC on 1/30/2024 agenda items #39, 40 and 41, for The Brandt Companies, LLC Master Service Agreements by adding FEMA compliant contract language. The contracts are pre-positioned for use in the event of an emergency. Various funding sources depending on project: 01.0100.0509.004500, 01.0100.0509.004509 and 01.0100.0509.004510.
