The permit requests the approval of an intensive archaeological pedestrian survey with subsurface testing and a reconnaissance-level historic resources survey to supplement the Antiquities Code of Texas (ACT) for due diligence purposes, required by the Texas Historical Commission (THC) on the CR 460 (future Coupland High School Turn Lanes) project. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission.
