Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 to Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc., for the Williamson County North Campus Facility (NCF) Impound Awning for covered parking, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc. is recommended for award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53 which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc.,is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the pool. Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc. is for the Williamson County Impound NCF Awning, 3181 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX, to create covered parking. Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1079.004100 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
