Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Consent to Contract Assignment from Quad Med, Inc. (“Assignor”), which is requesting consent from Williamson County, Texas (“County”) for the assignment and transfer of all its interests, rights, and obligations to Bound Tree Medical, LLC (“Assignee”) in relation to Contract #23IFB99 EMS Medical Supplies, awarded on September 19, 2023, and authorizing the execution of the Consent to Assignment.
Background
Bound Tree Medical has acquired Quad Med, Inc. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the Williamson County services contract to Bound Tree Medical. The funding sources are 01.0100.0540.003200 and 01.0100.0540.003307. The Department's point of contact is Kirk Becker.
