Background
Beck Architecture, LLC is recommended for award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Beck Architecture, LLC, is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool where Beck Architecture, LLC received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Lake Creek Annex Design Services between Williamson County and Beck Architecture, LLC, is for the Lake Creek Annex, 9500 Lake Creek Parkway, Austin, Texas 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is P632 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
