Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a resolution recognizing January 9, 2025, as "Yongin City Day" in Williamson County, Texas.
Background
The Williamson County Commissioners Court approved a sister city partnership agreement with Yongin City, South Korea, on July 2, 2024. County Judge Bill Gravell signed the agreement at a special ceremony in Yongin City in September 2024. As part of this relationship for friendly cooperation and mutual prosperity between the two communities, a delegation from Yongin City will be visiting Williamson County on January 9, 2025. This resolution, if approved, will be presented to them during their visit.
