Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.
Background
In estimating the annual budget for the Tax Appraisal District, actual spend + 7% was requested. Added to this amount was another 2.5% from the budget office. We were sent a notice (post Williamson County budget adoption) that the actual budget was set at $2,708,047, or $52,795 short of what was factored. This transfer will facilitate the four quarterly distributions as needed in FY25.
