Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 7 to the Corridor A1 and A2 contract executed March 13, 2017, between Williamson County and Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson (JMT) relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P392. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
- The Contract Amendment No. 7 amends the contract compensation cap by $1,050,000.00 from $7,800,000.00 to $8,850,000.00. This will allow for the execution of the following items under the contract:
Supplemental #6 to Work Authorization No. 5 in the amount of $319,825.00 to authorize revisions to the PS&E package for the FM 1660 and FM 3349/CR 404 intersections to allow for the development of a HUD Environmental Assessment (EA);
Supplemental #2 to Work Authorization No. 6 in the amount of $85,964.00 for an increase of construction phase services for the remaining East Wilco Highway Segment 2 construction efforts;
An expected $750k supplemental to Work Authorization No. 7 for archeological data recovery.
