Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the appointment, Official Bond and Oath of Mike Lugo as Williamson County Fire Marshal for a two-year term commencing January 28, 2025, subject to the conditions of employment and employment policies of all Williamson County employees, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 352.011 (b).
Background
This is an appointment of Williamson County Fire Marshal Mike Lugo and acceptance of his Official Oath and Bond in the amount of $10,000 pursuant to Local Government Code 352.012, effective January 17, 2025, through January 17, 2027.
