Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Master Service Agreement #2025128 for CAD to CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) Unify (Cloud) systems between Williamson County and Central Square Technologies, LLC in the amount of $82,150.00 for one year and exempting the purchase from competitive requirements per Texas Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7)(D)[captive replacement parts or components for equipment].

Approval of this Master Service Agreement will provide a combination of software and services that comprise the overall system for use by Williamson County. The Agreement specifies the user and software licenses included in this project by the quantity and environment in which they are licensed. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect when signed by all parties and shall continue for 12 months from the effective date. The Agreement shall renew automatically for up to five (5) one-year terms with the terms and conditions remaining the same. Origination #2035.
