Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the preliminary plat for the Donahoe Brook subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 208 lots and 5,804 feet of new public roads on 40.6 acres.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken on September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2024-11-15 – 3rd submittal of preliminary plat

2025-01-09 – 4th submittal of preliminary plat 
2025-01-22 – 4th review complete with comments
2025-02-11 – 5th submittal of preliminary plat
2025-02-21 – 5th review complete with clear comments
2025-02-26 – County Engineer approval letter sent 
2025-02-27 – preliminary plat placed on the March 4, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
