Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Master Service Agreement No 2025150 with Koetter Fire Protection of Austin, LLC for services as needed, in the not- to-exceed amount of Twenty-Four Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($24,500.00) per fiscal year and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement (MSA) for fire protection inspection and repair services shall be in full force and effect when signed by all parties and shall continue for the current fiscal year through September 30, 2026. Three quotes have been provided for this “Off Contract” purchase. Origination ID# 2020. The funding source shall be per project and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
