Williamson County sent out over 10,300 notifications and had 145 document takers with 5 firms submitting a response. The construction services are for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail-Extend Along Hairy Man Road. The firms were evaluated and Chasco Constructors, Ltd. L.L.P. was the highest ranked. Negotiations took place and a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) was acquired, and are being recommended for award. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed.
