Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the preliminary plat for the Bluffs at Blackhawk subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 932 single family lots (171 of those single family lots are located within Travis County), 1 school lot, 1 lift station lot, 46 landscape lots and 54,673 linear feet of new public roads (9,187 linear feet of those roads are located within Travis County) on 575.877 acres.  It is located partly in Williamson County, Travis County, the City of Hutto’s ETJ and the City of Pflugerville’s ETJ.  All entities have reviewed their respective portions and their comments are clear.
