Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement #2025176 between Williamson County and A3 Communications d/b/a BryComm for the relocation of fiber at the Justice Center located at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Street for the amount of $3,558.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement pursuant to DIR cooperative contract DIR-CPO-4777.
Background
This Service Agreement will allow BryComm to relocate fiber from the old IT room at the Justice Center to the new IT room on the second floor. All work will be scheduled for after hours. This purchase is in compliance with the purchasing policy. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY25. Orig #2310. This has been approved by IT, Contract Audit and General Counsel. The department's point of contact is Tammy McCulley.
